Wilmington police say 29-year-old Terrell Nicholson of the 1800 Block of Patton Drive in Philadelphia was killed after he lost his grip on a moving car. It happened during what police believe was an argument between Nicholson and the occupants of the car in the 2500 block of North Claymont Street on Monday evening. Police say the car sped off with the man clinging to the side. He was still holding on when police say the car hit a parked car, and left the scene.

Paramedics took Nicholson to Christiana Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police don't have a description of the car.
