Police responding to a fight call shot an unidentified person early Thursday morning. It happened at about 12:30 outside the Iron Horse Bar on the 300 block of Gibbsboro Road in Lindenwold, New Jersey.

Police say 27-year-old Howard Wilson of Lindenwold walked into the bar very intoxicated. The bar wouldn't serve him and told him to leave. He became angry at the bar so they called police to help them get Wilson out of the bar.

When police arrived they found Wilson outside of the bar. He pulled a gun at the officers and one fired on him. He was transported to Cooper and is expected to survive.

The investigation is ongoing.
