McAndrew says Briggs admitted to using Hello.com, a Web site operated by Google, to transmit child pornography to a person he thought was the mother of a 13-year-old girl. Investigators said Briggs wanted to know if the woman would accept money to allow him to have sex with daughter. The woman was an undercover FBI agent.

McAndrew says 80 images of child pornography were found on a computer at Briggs' home.

Briggs worked as a counselor at Friends Central School's Trailblazer Summer Camp. He also worked in Friends after-school care program.
