Arrest made in soldier's murder

Philadelphia police have made an arrest in the killing of a soldier who was home on leave.Police say they've arrested 16 year old Antionne Russell for the murder of 18-year old Private Terrance Davis.

Davis was home on military leave back on October 17th when he was gunned down in University City.

Investigators say Davis and a 19-yr.old man were in the wrong place at the wrong time near 40th and Ludlow when men, who were arguing outside an arcade, starting shooting.

The other man was wounded, but doctors could not save Davis.

Police took Russell into custody last night, after receiving an anonymous tip that he was hiding out in a home at the 55-hundred block of Webster Street.
