Body found in Allentown apartment

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - January 5, 2009 - An apartment building superintendent was responding to a report of running water in a unit in the building at 439 Walnut Street.

When he went inside, he found the body of a man who had been dead for a few weeks.

Officials do not know the cause of death, but they are treating it as suspicious until an autopsy can be conducted.

That autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6th.

The man's name has not yet been released.
