Once they arrived, they found 41-year-old Derrick Hoey shot. He was pronounced dead at Christiana Hospital.
On Monday, investigators issued warrants for 24-year-old D'Andre Rogers for the murder.
His last know addresses are 210 W. 35th Street Apt. B in Wilmington or 2207 Spruce Street in Wilmington.
Police say Rogers fled the scene in a silver or grey Chevrolet Lumina type vehicle.
