Authorities say nearly 10,000 images of minors having sex or child erotica were found on his computer. Martinez was accused of downloading the pornography at work, then transferring the images to a portable hard drive. The images were then installed on his home computer.
Delaware State Police arrested him after his employer in Dover found the images on his work laptop.
