At Best Buy, they have a lot of big-screen TVs on sale this week before the Super Bowl, including at 50" Samsung plasma for $1149, which they say is a $650 savings. They also have a number of Blu-Ray DVDs that usually sell for $29.99 on sale for $16.99.
A. C. Moore has an in-ad coupon for 40% off any regular-priced item, along with 50% off any custom framing order. They also have 40% off all Thomas and Friends cars, vehicles and engines.
Staples has Buy 1, Get 1 Free offers on HP photo and business paper and their own multi-use paper by the case. Plus, they have the TomTom ONE 125 portable GPS on sale for $99.99. That's an $80 saving.
J.C. Penney is having a furniture and mattress sale, with an extra 10% off between now and February 1, 2009. Among the deals, a three-piece microfiber sofa, loveseat and sale combination for $799.
Kohl's is advertising that their entire stock is on sale, with additional specials between now and Tuesday. They're also continuing their 80% off clearance prices. Kids' coats and jackets are 60-70% off, which makes this a good time to buy something larger that will fit your son or daughter next winter. And just in time for Valentine's Day, they've already discounted holiday decor items 40 - 50%.
Sports Authority has a lot of ski and snowboarding equipment on sale, with some savings up to 65% from the original prices.
