According to officials, a two door coupe, traveling Southbound made an unsafe lane change from the right lane to the center lane and into the left lane.
The left side of that vehicle hit the right rear of a Mazda MPV.
The left rear of that first vehicle then hit the right front of an Infiniti Sedan.
The Mazda MPV rolled over several times and then struck a Cadillac sedan, traveling in the center lane.
The first unknown vehicle then fled the scene continuing south on I-95.
The Mazda came to a stop in the left lane on it's roof facing northeast and the Infiniti came to a stop in the center grassy median facing northeast.
The Cadillac ended up in the left lane facing southeast.
The driver of the Mazda was transported to Frankford/Torresdale Hospital, she was not wearing a seatbelt.
The drivers of the other vehicles were not injured.
