Pottstown plot teen enters youth facility

POTTSTOWN, Pa. - February 4, 2009 16-year-old Richard Yanis had wanted to retaliate against students who bullied him, using three guns belonging to his father.

Originally charged as an adult, his case was moved to juvenile court.

Relatives and friends showed up in court yesterday to support the teen.

Yanis apologized, and the judge urged him to learn how to cope with situations, more appropriately.
