Another sexual abuse lawsuit has been filed against the Rev. Dennis Killion, a former teacher at the Salesianum School in Wilmington. Forty-two-year-old Joseph Duffany says Killion sexually assaulted him many times in 1980 and 1981 while Duffany was a student at Salesianum. He also claims Killion gave him alcohol on several occasions.

In the lawsuit, Duffany accuses the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales - the religious order that operates the school - of hiding allegations against Killion and allowing him to remain a teacher. Duffany is the sixth man to sue the order over alleged abuse by Killion.

A statement from Rev. James Greenfield, the order's provincial, says the order is committed to protecting children from harm and abuse.
