The writer, Michael Patrick King, is on board, too. No word yet about Christopher Noth.
After years and years of "will-they, won't-they" on the TV series, Carrie and Mr. Big got married at the end of the first movie.
In a statement, King says he's "very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel." But, he says he's busy with his "Sex" life.
"Sex and the City 2," if it'll be called that, is expected in theaters in summer of 2010.
