Berks County authorities say a man arguing with his wife led a two vehicle crash that left the man and another driver dead. The crash happened on route 100 near County Line Road in Colebrookdale Township around 10:30 a.m.

Township Police say 45-year-old James McManus of Boyertown got into an argument with his wife and followed her in his car, driving southbound on route 100.

McManus apparently was trying to get her to stop her car.

He somehow lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the northbound lanes of route 100 hitting a car driven by 23-year-old Katelynn Hunt of Glenmoore, Pa. head on.

The impact caused McManus' car to burst into flames.

McManus was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hunt was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

McManus' wife was unhurt.
