2nd suspect in Del. home invasion arrested

LAUREL, Del. (AP) - February 18, 2009 U.S. Marshals arrested a 22-year-old Anthony Watkins of Wilmington on Monday after he was identified Monday as the second suspect in a Jan. 31 home invasion. He faces two counts of robbery and 17 other charges.

Police say when an officer checked on a 911 hang-up call, a masked man ran out the back door and then back inside.

Officers forced their way in and arrested 34-year-old Shawmba Jones of Claymont, but police say Watkins got away. Police say Jones and Watkins entered the home with a handgun and a knife and demanded money and property from the four people inside, who were all tied up.
