During the overnight hours, Atlantic City electric reported more than 23,000 customers without power. Most of them are in Northfield, Linwood and Cardiff in Atlantic County, N.J.
In Delaware, Delmarva Power reported more than 16,000 customers have lost electricity in Kent, Queen Anne and Worcester counties.
