Citizen crime fighter sentenced to 8 years

PHILADELPHIA - March 5, 2009 A judge sentenced him to eight years in prison Thursday afternoon.

He had been accused of income tax evasion, and his home was raided by federal authorities.

During the search authorities found a gun, which he was not allowed to have because of prior felony conviction.
