WEST PHILADELPHIA - March 8, 2009
Officers were called out to the 5200 block of Irving Street around 1:00 a.m. where they discovered the body of a 21-year-old man lying in the street.
The victim had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No word yet on the man's identity.
No arrests have been made.
