Authorities charge Paul Francis Smith had nearly four and a-half pounds of cocaine strapped to his legs under a pair of baggy jogging pants.
Smith was busted at John Wayne Airport in Southern California after being patted down by a security screener.
Authorities say the cocaine is worth about $60,000.
Now, Smith's bail is set at a-half million.
