Police in Largo, Fla., report pulling over a man who was missing the rear tire on the passenger side of his car.
Officers say Henry C. Romeu was unsteady on his feet and had bloodshot eyes.
Police charge a Breathalyzer test showed Romeu had a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
He's been charged with driving under the influence.
