Feds to discuss discovery of missing girls

NEWARK, Del. (AP) - March 16, 2009 David Matusiewicz and his mother, Lenore Matusiewicz, face multiple felony charges for the alleged violation of a joint custody order.

They were arrested near Managua, Nicaragua last week. The former Newark optometrist was with his 6-year-old daughter Laura when he was arrested. Five-year-old Leigh and 3-year-old Karen were found later at a home along with his mother.

David Matusiewicz and Belford were divorced and shared custody before his disappearance nearly 19 months ago.
