Fire badly damages home on Allegheny Ave.

Investigators are looking for the cause of a house fire in North Philadelphia. The fire broke out just before 8:00 a.m. inside this house on West Allegheny Avenue near 2nd Street.

The flames did some extensive damage to the inside of the house and destroyed many personal belongings.

There was a report of a person trapped inside the house when firefighters arrived.

But we have just learned that there were in fact no injuries.
