ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - April 16, 2009 - Investigators say a 911 call came in around 2:00 p.m. Thursday that an 8-month-old boy was unconscious and not breathing.
The call came from an apartment in the Venice Park section of the city.
A 911 dispatcher gave CPR instructions over the phone, police say, until emergency personnel could arrive.
The baby was then rushed to the hospital, but did not survive.
