Police ID teens who were shot in the head

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - April 20, 2009 One victim has been identified at 18-year-old Dominque Smith from the 1400 block of South 32nd Street. The second victim is 15-year-old Harvey Lewis who resided on South 20th Street.

The shootings were reported at about 9:40 p.m. according to Philadelphia police.

When officers arrived on the scene in the 1600 block of South 29th Street, they found the 2 young men with gunshot wounds to the head.

Witnesses reported spotting 2 men running north along New Kirk Street from Morris.

No word on an arrest or motive at this time.
