NEWARK, Del. - May 5, 2009 - This, as the Delaware Division of Public Health has been given testing validation from the CDC to test their own samples.

That means possible swine flu cases can now be confirmed in about three to four hours.

The number of new confirmed cases is up from 20 yesterday.

Baltz Elementary School in Elsmere will remain closed through Wedneday.

Public Health spokesperson Heidi Truschel-Light said during a conference call Tuesday that there were no additional school closings as the CDC is considering revising the initial guidelines for school closings.
