PHILADELPHIA - May 15, 2009 22-year-old Kari Ferrell of Brooklyn waved her extradition this morning at a hearing in Philadelphia.
She'll be transported back to Utah to face charges.
Ferrell is charged with being a fugitive of justice and also conducting a series of scams in Salt Lake City, totaling $60,000.
She gained attention after posting an apology on the Internet, just before turning herself into police.
