Now, one of those waitresses could be in trouble for stepping outside the Grand View Topless Coffee Shop in Vassalboro, Maine, in her work attire, which means no clothes above the waist.
A state trooper was sent to the coffee shop after someone called in a complaint.Police say no one's been charged, but the matter has been turned over to the district attorney for review.
