Russians will soon get a taste of Campbell Soup.

Camden, New Jersey-based company signed a deal to distribute its soup in Russia.

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co. SA will distribute Campbell's Home Classics soup under the name Campbell's Domashnaya Klassika.

Campbell's C-E-O says Russia represents a significant growth opportunity for the company.

"Establishing a long-term distribution partnership with Coca-Cola Hellenic, the largest distributor in Russia, is an important step in unlocking the potential of the Russian soup market for Campbell.

The emerging markets of Russia and China both represent a significant growth opportunity in the business.

These markets will play an increasingly important role in Campbell's future as we gain momentum in our key areas of focus," said Douglas R. Conant, president and CEO of Campbell's

By August the soup will be sold in 100 cities in 12 regions of Russia with further expansion to follow.
