NJ OK immunity for some teen drinkers
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - June 27, 2009 The bill grants immunity to any under 21 who has been drinking
if that person calls police when another teen drinks too much and
needs medical help. Police would not be able to prosecute either
the person who called or the one sickened by alcohol.
