Police say 12-year-old Albert Talley was caught under the right rear tire of the tractor trailer - crushing him.
The boy was transported to Aria Health's Torresdale Campus in extremely critical condition, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The driver of the truck stopped at the scene. Police say he had the right of way and will not face charges.
