Police say a 45-year-old man was shot in the neck and hand.
He underwent emergency surgery at Temple University hospital, and is listed in critical condition.
The second victim, a 22-year-old woman was taken to Aria Health.
She is undergoing surgery for gunshot wounds to the leg, chest and upper arm - and is also in critical condition.
