WASHINGTON (AP) - July 13, 2009 The Council of Economic Advisers on Monday releases a report
that predicts changes in the U.S. labor market and details where
the job market will expand. The report also outlines what training
and education will help potential workers find jobs.
The White House report predicts some manufacturing jobs would
return, along with construction jobs, as the $787 billion economic
stimulus plan kicks in.
White House economic adviser Christina Romer plans to talk about
the report online at 2:30 p.m. on the White House's Web site,
whitehouse.gov, and on Facebook.
