Saturday, nudist groups across the country hosted naked swims.
At Whispering Pines Nudist Resort and Campground near Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., nearly 250 people left their swimsuits behind.
The American Association for Nude Recreation hosted the event nationwide.
There's no current record for skinny dipping.
So, the nudists are pretty much guaranteed to get more than a sunburn for their trouble.
