Witnesses tell Action News the passenger of the car got out and starting running away. Neighbors were able to capture the passenger and held him until the police arrived.
The man was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition.
Out of control car crashes into multiple vehicles
PORT RICHMOND - August 2, 2009 At around 3:00 p.m. a man lost control of his car and slammed into multiple vehicles on the 2400 block of East Clearfield Street in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.
