Woman on the run for 11 years arrested

MILFORD, Del. - August 21, 2009 Police say Cynthia Heck escaped from the Lehigh County Women's Correction Center on or about August 10th, 1998 and had not been seen since.

Then on Tuesday, August 18, 2009, police responded to a home on Log Cabin Road near Milford, Delaware after receiving a tip that Heck was there.

Officers took Heck into custody without incident.

She's being held in Delaware pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
