The driver then ran from police on foot a short distance before police were able to apprehend him.
One lane of the Blue Route was closed while police investigated.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - September 19, 2009 After an unknown incident took place, Norristown Police tried to apprehend the driver of a car. The man fled from police at a high rate of speed and drove onto route 476. He soon lost control of his car and flipped onto a guardrail near the overpass for the Schuylkill Expressway.
