A man reportedly swam to shore, but a woman and child were remained about 300-feet from shore in frigid waters.
A police officer reportedly then dove into the lake and rescued the woman and child.
The three boaters and the officer were treated by paramedics from Lehighton.
One adult was transported by chopper to Lehigh Valley Hospital Trauma Center in Allentown.
