Pagans defendant expected to plead guilty

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - January 6, 2010

Federal court records show Timothy Flood is scheduled to plead guilty Wednesday in Charleston. Flood faces a single charge of transporting illegal gambling proceeds across state lines.

The charge is among 44 leveled against defendants from West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. A growing number of defendants have agreed to plead guilty and cooperate, including national vice president Floyd "Jesse" Moore.
