Reports say the female driver intentionally ran over another person at the intersection of Horrocks Street and Pratt Street in Northeast Philadelphia at around 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
The victim, a 27-year-old male, was reportedly struck and pinned against the wall before the driver fled. He was transported to Temple Hospital with stable vitals.
The female driver will be taken into custody by Northeast Detectives.
