Lt. Brian Henry says the girl was standing near her parents' car in front of their home on Blair Court on Friday evening when a masked man grabbed her wrists and covered her mouth. The man then walked with the girl away from the house, then released her about a block away.
Meanwhile, the girl's parents began looking for her and her father found the girl running toward their home. That's when he learned she had been abducted and notified police.
