Vincente Santillan of the Sparrow Run community, was arrested Sunday and charged with three counts of rape. He is being held after failing to post $34,000 secured bail.
Police received a report Sunday of an unlawful relationship between a man and a 14-year-old girl.
Police say Santillan was arrested for a minor traffic offense and police learned of the sexual relationship he allegedly had with the teenager, who is now 15, since April.
