Joshua Richardson, 19, was sentenced to four years probation on a felony charge of criminal mischief.
He was also ordered to pay $20,000 to fix the damage and ordered to do 200 hours of community service.
Police say they cracked this case after coming across Richardson's MySpace page, where had posted videos of the vandalism in Limerick Township.
Buildings hit include the Limerick township building and part of the nuclear power plant.
