William Maute is charged with Unlawful Use of Computer, Unlawful Duplication, Computer Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
The D.A. said the investigation began after a former female inmate from the Montgomery County Correctional Facility was contacted by a current inmate.
During the investigation, the D.A. said investigators found Maute provided names and addresses from discharged female inmates and gave it to the male inmate.
Maute obtained the information from computer inside the facility, the D.A. said.
