Madina Sem, 18, a student at Fels High School, was hit Tuesday afternoon at Olney Avenue and Second Street.
Police say the teen got off the school bus around 3:30 p.m. and was headed to her home in the 5800 block of Philip Street when she was hit.
According to investigators, a driver lost control of the car and hit a second car. That second car then hit Sem.
Sem was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition, but her condition took a turn for the worse and she died shortly before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night.
Both cars involved did stop at the scene, and the drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police say charges are pending at this time.
