The District Attorney's office says Xiangdan Li, 45, Sungnam Yang, 40, and In Suk Saunders, 57, were arrested as part of the investigation into the Peace of Mind Spa on Route 61 in Perry Township.
Authorities say they received numerous complaints of prostitution taking place inside.
During the investigation, the DA's office says detectives went undercover and met with Li, Yang and Saunders on two separate occasions. The detectives said the women offered to provide them with sexual services in exchange for money.
Detectives said they also searched the massage parlor and seized surveillance cameras, cash, condoms, numerous documents and various items associated with prostitution.
Li, Yang and Saunders are now in the Berks County Jail on $50,000 bail.
