Entry: To enter, go to a participating library and complete the entry form, which your library will return on your behalf. You must complete all entry fields to be eligible; winners will be selected at random.
Deadline for Entry: Participating libraries must receive all entries by July 22, 2010. Sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or illegible entries.
Means of Choosing a Winner: Winners will be randomly selected in a drawing no later than August 14, 2010.
Retail Value of Prizes: Individual tickets are worth $100.00 or less; one prize pack of two per person. Tickets can not be traded, transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash value.
