61-year-old Tawfik Nakishbendi had a preliminary hearing on Friday morning.
Police say he sexually assaulted the teen in his Roxborough home where, neighborhood teens said, he threw wild parties.
Girls who've been to the home of Dr. Nakishbendi told Action News back in April that booze flowed like water and drugs were handed out like candy.
While Nakishbendi has claimed he is a doctor, a family member told Action News that he never attended medical school.
The state of Pennsylvania has no record of him having a medical license.
