The Chester Police Department tells Action News that, when security approached the three men involved, an altercation ensued.

The men were arrested and taken to Chester PD. They are identified as Kevin Logan, James Shields and Kevin Diamond.

They were cited for disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Logan has since been released, but Shields and Diamond are being "uncooperative," police said, and are still being held in the Delaware County prison.
