Jury to decide fate of 2 in Philly officer's death

PHILADELPHIA - July 29, 2010

Jurors announced Wednesday that they found 41-year-old Levon Warner and 35-year-old Eric Floyd guilty on all counts in the May 2008 death of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski following a bank robbery.

The sentencing phase of the trial is set to start Monday.

Jurors will weigh whether the two men deserve to be sentenced to death or receive life prison sentences.

Floyd and Warner were in the getaway car when authorities say a third suspect, Howard Cain, got out and shot the pursuing Liczbinski in the city's Port Richmond section. Cain later died in a shootout with police.
