Authorities tell Action News that the 14-year-old male was with a group of teenagers that exchanged gunfire with another group in the 5700 block of Leonard Street around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
The teenager was shot at least once and taken by ambulance to Saint Christopher's Hospital where he is currently listed in stable condition.
Police are searching for two unknown males who were last seen wearing dark colored hoodies.
