Wilmington firefighters fought a house fire in the 400 block of West 4th Street at 3:45 p.m.
Firefighters arrived to heavy fire showing from the second story in the rear of the row home.
The fire spread to the third floor.
The blaze was under control in approximately 30 minutes.
The fire left the home with heavy fire damage.
Everyone inside was able to get out safely.
Homes on either sidedsustained heavy smoke damage.
The cause is under investigation by the Wilmington Fire Marshal.
